6. Payment and Financing Information

Payments and financing applications may be processed by third-party payment, financing, or transaction providers. When payment or financing information is submitted directly to a third party, that provider processes the information under its own privacy practices and contractual obligations. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers or card security codes through the public website when payment is processed directly by a third-party provider.

7. Consumer Health Data

Washington law provides specific protections for certain consumer health data. This may include information that identifies or is reasonably linked to a person seeking health care services, medical or aesthetic procedures, prescription or wellness services, or other health-related services. The Washington My Health My Data Act contains exemptions for protected health information governed by HIPAA and health care information collected, used, or disclosed in accordance with Chapter 70.02 RCW. Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains our practices for data that remains subject to the Act.

8. Patient Medical Records and Protected Health Information

Information maintained as part of a patient medical record is governed by healthcare privacy requirements. When we are acting as a HIPAA covered health care provider, protected health information is handled according to HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Washington health care information is also protected under Chapter 70.02 RCW and other applicable state law. This general website Privacy Policy does not replace the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or patient-specific authorizations.

9. Text Messages

If you provide a mobile number for an inquiry, consultation, appointment, or requested service, we may use that number to respond to the request and send service-related communications consistent with your selected contact preferences and applicable law.

Promotional or marketing text messages are sent only when the required consent has been obtained. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell mobile telephone numbers or text-message opt-in information. Service providers supporting our messaging program may process information only as needed to provide those services.

10. Email Communications

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending appointment reminders, transaction messages, responses to requests, patient care communications, or other non-marketing communications that are permitted by law.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining required patient and business records, meeting legal and professional obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting against fraud or misuse. Medical records and protected health information are retained according to applicable federal and Washington recordkeeping requirements.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to services operated by third parties, including scheduling platforms, patient portals, financing providers, product manufacturers, payment providers, maps, embedded media, and social networks.
